Many of you have requested more civil ceremony options in store and we are delighted to finally announce that are expanding our collection and bringing a selection of civil ceremony dresses & bridal jumpsuits to our bridal boutique in Berlin. Welcome our first civil collection by Uni Paris. As you may know, at Zo & Willow we carefully select every single dress to suit our vision of bridal wear. Our bridal collection is fresh, modern and clean to match the Zeitgeist of a contemporary and fashion conscious bride and the designer Uni Paris is the perfect match for our collection.

Wrapped or airy silk dresses, elegant skirt/top combos & bridal jumpsuit are ideal for civil marriage. These bridal pieces made in the Parisian Workshop can also be worn on other occasions. And the best part of it: They create bridal wear with an ethical approach. We are in love.

Introducing the Brand

By creating their first civil wedding collection, Uni Paris is addressing brides like them: those who want to be simple and edgy at the same time. Young brides who want to enjoy their party and not miss out on anything. In short, the collection was an homage to their girlfriends. The cuts above all. This is the heart and soul of their brand. Straight, clean, modern lines. The debauchery of details, the ornaments, the frills... it's not their thing. What they like are outfits that don't need anything else (other than you, of course) to be beautiful. But be careful, keeping it simple doesn't mean keeping it plain.

The Arles Dress

Above all, they are working on the cut because that is what makes an outfit fit, right? Uni Paris is not the kind of designer who creates clothes for hangers. They think about them, they design them and they imagine them on the people who will wear them. Because they feel they know them, those who are assertive, those who refuse to let the wedding dress be a sacred relic and want to be able to wear it again on other occasions. These are the girls they think of when they design our high-waisted trousers, crop top, fitted dress or halter top. Ten years ago, brides wanted a dress that looked like no other. Today they want an outfit that looks like them. And that's perfect, because that's what they are here for.

The Besançon Pantsuit

Who are they?

Uni Paris is run by two women like you and me: Juliette and Charlotte. Once upon a time in 2018, Juliette was getting married. So she went looking for a pattern maker who could make her dream dress, and met Charlotte. And then: love at first sight, both friendly and creative. The two got on so well that they naturally decided to work together. So, hand in hand, they created the brand: Uni Paris. Not only does Uni Paris care about beautiful cuts and high quality fabrics, they do too about sustainable production: What they want is to do what they love while doing as little harm as possible around them. That's why they made certain choices.

The Bordeaux Dress

First of all, production to order or very small stock. When there is no stock, there is no waste and no mass production. Secondly, the origin of our fabrics. At Uni, they work as much as possible with fabrics recovered from high-end fabric destockings. This way, they ensure a high quality material without increasing the already polluting textile market. This also explains why a wedding dress in a certain fabric will only be produced in limited quantities. Even though they will always try to find similar fabrics to continue producing your favourite dress. Your outfit will only be more valuable, because it will be rare, it's true, but especially because it will be responsible. Finally, Uni Paris is committed to producing in France. They are proud of French know-how and want to encourage and perpetuate it - but also because this significantly limits the transport of materials.
